"Let Your next shotgun be an extension of you"

Gunsmiths and Master Craftsmen
In 1990 from within the Basque region of Spain, gun makers that have
been world renowned for their quality craftsmanship created the KEMEN shotgun. That day a legend was born...
Kemen means "strength" in the Basque language and this gun
has more than lived up to it's name. It's reputation for durability
and quality is second to none.
KEMEN has become the first choice of the world's leading competition
clay target shooters and high profile flyers shooters who expect, demand
and know the best. KEMEN, although in production for just over a
decade, has achieved successes that others took a century to acheive.
All this would not be possible without master craftsmen who's
dedication to quality and customer satisfaction produce the finest hand
crafted shotguns in the world.

Fellow
shooters,
I
have been very fortunate to have, over the last couple of decades,
handled or shot most of the world’s finest shotguns.
When I first had the chance to shoot a KEMEN it was love at first
shot. Soft
shooting yet lively and balanced like a fine game gun.
The gun almost becomes an extension of your eyes it points so
well.
I
was prepared for the worst. Most of the guns that felt like this cost as
much as my car and some as much as my house!
Was I ever shocked to find the KEMEN guns were priced below many
of the shotguns selling in the United States today.
Where’s the catch?
Part of the answer lies in the buying power of the good old
American Dollar, it goes a long way in Europe and consequently with the
exchange rate being so favorable the KEMEN shotguns become an
exceptional value.
Sounds
pretty good so far, huh? Well this was all just fine for the sporting
clays guys who shot flat shooting (50/50 POI) barrels.
What about the
American Trap (ATA) shooter looking for an O/U to use.
These fellows want 60/40, 70/30, 80/20 and even higher shooting
guns for the fast rising targets
in ATA singles, doubles and handicap.
(Stick
with me for another minute it gets better.)
I approached the KEMEN folks about building an “American
Trap” shotgun with the features that USA shooters look for.
They were most enthusiastic and what we came up with is listed
below.
I
am so excited at the prospect of offering what I believe is the first
O/U shotgun Specifically designed with the ATA shooter in mind. Not just
an adaptation of another gun. No more shipping the gun around the
country to specialty shops for bore and choke work, its
done. Offset and palmswells are standard. Adjustable combs are
standard. 10 YEAR WARRANTEE!!!
Briley MFG Co.
in Texas is the USA warrantee repair center. All the guns will have
Briley Series #2 long chokes. (5 tubes with each gun) The forcing cones
are already elongated and the barrels are already backbored . Barrel
lengths of 30, 31 and 32 inches with 3 different rib styles.
They were not
kidding when they named these guns "strength". KEMEN shotguns
are built from the finest hardened steel available. Breakage problems
are all but non-existent. These guns were built to shoot and shoot a
lot. Triggers and hammers are made of high-speed steel which will last a
lifetime or two. Locking lugs, although easily replaced, are designed to
last for hundreds of thousands of rounds. KEMEN makes all their own leaf
springs to very exacting standards to last for many years of shooting.
The barrels are Silver Soldered instead of the usual soft soldering.
You'll not see ribs and side ribs coming off these guns. Even the firing
pins are extra tough high-speed steel. Spare springs and pins come with
each gun.
How much,
already? Here's the great news, you get all this great shooting for well
under $6000.
If you like to
add custom touches to your guns, fancy wood, engraving, gold inlays,
extra barrels or triggers its all available from the factory. Call or
E-mail and I'll send a catalog to you.
All the
Best,
Bob Schultz
