The Lite 16 A3 has an A3-style flat top receiver forged from 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum alloy and is hard coat anodized per Mil-Spec. It has a dust cover, shell deflector, round foward assist with right hand ejection, semi-auto trigger group, aluminum trigger guard, and magazine release button. The Lite 16 A3 also features a DPMS Pardus carbine stock with GlacierGuards oval carbine-length handguards, and an aluminum Delta Ring. The 16" 4140 chrome-moly steel barrel has a light contour and is button rifled. It has 6 grooves, right hand 1:9" twist, with an A2 flash hider.
