Sandra Jo Jack - All American! Time...It's what you make of it!

12/19/2019
  1. Hello's, yes I said hello's to my trapshooting friends. I am going to take a nap with my grand puppy, Red, she loves to snuggle and she is hard to resist. As I was snuggling her I was thinking about how fortunate I am to have so many friends in this fantastic sport called trapshooting.

My original intentions were not to be where I am today, I could never have imagined that I would be so involved in trapshooting in so many ways. From shooting, to my customer service opportunities with CZ—USA, then my association with Team Kolar Arms and now Executive Sales Representative with Target Shotguns Inc. Bob Schultz/Target Shotguns Inc. is giving me the opportunity to be more involved with what I know is my passion. Yes I said “I know” is my passion.

A passion comes naturally but it is hard work; but it's work which you truly enjoy! My friends always say "Sandra Jo you have so much to share and say.".... that is what gives me the Go-get-em attitude. If you look at the delegates report for Wisconsin you will read what I have to write about in my state. I was asked to write by Rick Tasker when he was ATA Delegate and president. I remember when he approached me at a shoot and said “Sandra Jo would you like to write my Delegate article for me since you know so much about Wisconsin, and know so many shooters?” I took that as a nice compliment and I have been writing Trap and Field Delegate reports ever since.

Wow time has ticked by like snow flakes dropping from the sky. I found this clock on my walk today and needed to add it to my story.

TIME can stand still if we let it... or we can go and grab all of the TIME in front of us and make it keep ticking.

The hobby of collecting objects you take pride in (Memories from your life.) , like remembering where that object came from sitting on your shelf which brings happiness to your heart. The past 6 or so years have been the best for me and my collection. I owe that to a special person, Tom Wondrash, who saw something in me when I took his NRA Coaching class. Now I am here doing volunteer projects for my state, Wisconsin. The Wisconsin State shoot program is a special project of mine and getting more event sponsors to advertise. It's what inspired me to write this for you. Getting generous sponsors and my desire to make every event perfect for other shooters is a big task. One more challenge I truly enjoy!

Along with the opportunities brought about by believing in myself, its incredible how much fun I actually have going from shoot to shoot. I get to hang out, visit and chat with vendors, from the owners to the staff. Building relationships from starting shooting with a passion to here I am now and it is because I am just Me.

Shooters who would like to be in a similar position to mine have asked me " How did you get to this point?" My response to them is…. "Just be you, don’t ask for the opportunity, the opportunity will find you if you put yourself out there in a positive, friendly and business like manner". The reason I have been asked to represent these various companies is my love of trapshooting. My passion is evident when you hear me speak.

I cannot leave out the friends I have made in the years I have been shooting, they are a huge part of the reason I am so enthusiastic about the sport. The people are wonderful!

Believe in your dreams, be the expression of who you are. Shoot for the stars, work on a path to achieve your dreams. There is nothing you can't do if you make it your passion!
